Founded in 1993, Aerotec was the first Spanish school to obtain ATO certification and operates from Cuatro Vientos and Seville, with its own maintenance workshop and a fleet of 20 aircraft. Founded in 1991, European Flyers has bases in Madrid, Alicante, and Toledo, with over 30 aircraft, 14 simulators, and 200 professionals. The transaction strengthens their presence in the south, will generate synergies, and expand capacity to over 220 students per intake and 40,000 annual training hours.

It specialises in manufacturing cosmetic and pharmaceutical products. Founded 89 years ago, with a workforce of over 700 employees, Laboratorios Ecar is one of the key players in the health sector in Colombia. Laboratorios Sorel is a pharmaceuticals company specialised in the development and production of dermatological and cosmetic products such as sunscreens and depigmenters. This transaction will allow Laboratorios Ecar to accelerate their entry into new business lines by utilizing its current capacity and distribution channels. It will also make Laboratorios Sorel´s highly recognised products more accessible on the market.

AIMSA is a reference laboratory founded in Mexico City over 30 years ago, providing outsourcing services for clinical diagnostic tests with a broad portfolio of studies.

ONEtoONE has advised Cofinpar in the sale of their subsidiary Sonama, a Volvo dealership network, to Mobicore. COFINPAR, is a holding company involved in real estate development, car parts distribution, and multiple other financial holdings. They made the strategic decision to entirely divest their automotive retail branches and subsequently sold SOGALUX to CarAvenue and RCM in 2021. This comprised 5 points of sales and was the largest Mercedes dealership group in the South of Belgium. This process was recently completed with the sale of SONAMA, the largest Volvo dealership group in the region, to Mobicore. ONEtoONE assisted the COFINPAR group throughout the entire divestment process. Mobicore is a leading operator of brands in mobility in both Luxembourg and Belgium. They are a high volume seller of mainly Volvo brands after having divested their Mercedes outlets.
